Domestic Shipping
Shipping is free Australia wide for orders over $200. A flat shipping rate of $15 will be charged for orders under $200.
All orders are sent Express via Australia Post and may take 4-7 business days to deliver depending on your location.
To ensure all parcels are delivered safely to the receiver, you will be required by the courier or postal centre to sign upon parcel arrival.
Return
We gladly accept return for any purchased products for free within 14 days upon arrival of your orders to the delivery address.
To be eligible for the return, products must be in their original purchase condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Note that return policy applies to full-priced items only.
All purchases placed during promotional period are final, and no return is accepted.
To place a return order, please fill in the ''Return form'', and send the form along with your return items. Returned items with signs of being worn or damage will be sent back to the original address, with no refund of the cost of return shipping.
